Juic Aqua Stick Regular Glue

I have never used a juic product. I bought a Juic Aqua Stick because it is a water based glue. The members of my family become sick when the smell of a regular glue fills the room. Anytime I have used table tennis glue from a can whether it is speed glue or regular glue, I had to go out of the house to glue – in winter it is not possible to do that.

The Juic Aqua Stick is a water based glue. This product is an excellent choice for any table tennis player because of the banning of speed glue having toxic substances is on the way. I have been using this glue for at least a month. This glue does not have any toxic smell. It is easy to carry. You can carry this stick in your luggage when you fly – the security may not allow you to take regular glue in a carry-on luggage.

I have few dislikes of this glue. This glue has problems on certain kinds of sponges. I have noticed this on dark yellow color sponges very much. Every 2-3 weeks I have to re-glue to stick the rubbers to the blade. The first time when I used this glue, I did not wait for enough to put the rubber on the blade. The rubbers came out very fast. If you are using this glue, give at least few minutes before putting the rubber on the blade. Before you re-glue again, you may have to wipe the blade and rubber with a wet cloth. I never have been successful in cleaning the blade with a wet cloth – the glue and moisture still there. I tried varnish on both blade and rubber which was also not that effective. There will be a built up of glue after many applications.

The Juic Aqua Stick glue is a good choice if you don’t like the characteristics of other glues like smell, restriction to carry in your carry-on luggage. But you may have to sacrifice a little when it comes to its quality of bonding.
