A table tennis rubber for $99? This is ridiculous. Each and every table tennis player curses the table tennis brands Butterfly or XIOM for its high prices. The Butterfly Tenergy rubbers came to the market with a price tag of $65. Now they have lowered it to $52. The XIOM sold it rubbers in the price range $32 to $50, never over $50. XIOM’s price has not changed. Still, the players cursed XIOM because they have felt the price is high.
“Look at Chinese rubbers. They are cheap and functional” this is what the table tennis players and Chinese brands dealers scream at other brands. That has changed. Now look at the price tag of two Chinese brands selling their rubbers at. The Haifu Blue Whale III is being sold for $75 and the DHS Hurricane III is sold at $99.
The German made XIOM rubbers, the Japanese made TSP and Butterfly rubbers can look at these Chinese brands now to make a comparison “We’re selling our products cheaper than the Chinese brands.”.
